The project is open to every journalist and student-journalist, aged 30 at most, citizen of the European Union, with or without a press card. Applications are open until February 15th 2024, 11:59 PM CET.

To take part to The Newsroom 27, you have to submit:

• A draft of your story in French or English that should not exceed 1500 characters (250 words)
• A provisional budget for the reporting work
• Your resume
• A scan of your ID card or passport

The candidates will be selected on the basis of their experience and the quality and originality of their drafts. The aim of the selection is also to ensure that all regions of the European Union are represented.
